New Hope Starts New Pickleball League May 21
The City of New Hope will begin play in a new pickleball league later this spring. Sign-ups are open now for the competitive league, sanctioned by Minnesota Pickleball, to begin play at Meadow Lake Pickleball Courts on May 21.
“We have noticed the increased interest in pickleball,” said City of New Hope Recreation Supervisor Jenna Smith. “There’s a lot of players that are looking for that more competitive league. This court offers a variety of opportunities for people to learn and explore.”
For those not interested in competitive league play or who want to learn how to play, the city offers lessons and clinics through its partnership with Rev Sports.
