New Hope Leaders Encourage Participation in Annual Community Survey
(CITY OF NEW HOPE) – The City of New Hope wants to hear from you! The 2025 City Services Survey is now open through Oct. 1, and it’s a chance for residents to share how they feel about a variety of city services including:
• Public safety
• Roads, utilities, and infrastructure
• Parks and recreation
• City communication
• Code enforcement
• and more!
The City uses this feedback to figure out what’s working, what needs improvement and what to prioritize moving forward.
This survey is part of a statewide effort called the Minnesota Performance Measurement Program. It’s been around since 2011 and helps cities across the state track how well they’re serving their communities.
Every survey response is read, sorted by topic, and shared with City leaders. The goal is to make sure community voices are helping to guide City decisions.
For anyone who wants to talk more about their feedback, there’s even an option to request a call back from City staff. It’s a great way to have a one-on-one conversation, ask questions or dig deeper into a specific question or concern.
Taking the survey is quick and easy. You can fill it out online at newhopemn.gov/survey.
A paper version was also included with July utility bills. Didn’t get one? No problem. Stop by New Hope City Hall during business hours or call 763-531-5103, and they’ll get a copy to you.
The City of New Hope values its residents and what they have to say. Completing the City Services Survey is a simple, but meaningful, way to help shape the future of your community.
