New Full Time Police Officer in Osseo
Officer Heather Starry is the newest full time member of Osseo’s Police Department. She started three years ago as a part time officer in Osseo. Before that, Officer Starry worked at the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office and Sauk Rapids Police Department.
