New Development Projects in Maple Grove

Developers are busy working on new projects in the city of Maple Grove. One being the former AMC Theater which is currently being renovated into a retail space for Floor & Decor, a wholesale flooring business. Work is also on-going at the Arbor Lakes Business Center on Elm Creek Boulevard which will house job-generating businesses. And a new housing project, Evanswood, will soon be underway in the northwest part of the city that will add about 400 units to the city and bring new trails and a school to the area.
