Maple Grove Community Center Boasts Rental Options for Gatherings of All Sizes
There are spaces available for rent for gatherings of all kinds and all sizes available inside the Maple Grove Community Center.
The Maple Grove Community Center boasts rental spaces for gatherings of all sizes.
“We’re super centrally-located,” said Alyssa Le, the facility rental coordinator for the community center and the nearby Town Green. “We do pull in visitors from all over the metro, but kind of located on that 94/694 split, super close to Arbor Lakes, a really great and vibrant community. So I can see why someone would want to host their event here, even if they’re not a resident.”
The facility boasts conference and classroom spaces for gatherings as small as a dozen, birthday party rooms adjacent to the Maple Maze indoor playground and aquatic center, and packages for birthdays that include access to those amenities, gymnastics, and ice arena.
“I think, personally, we have pretty good prices here and that’s why we get so many rentals that we do compared to other places,” said Maple Grove Community Center Facility Coordinator Trey Bechly. “It’s affordable for the community.”
The banquet room hosts up to 200 guests, has an adjoining kitchen, and has access to a patio space for outdoor flexibility.

“This is a really great space,” said Le. “You can use it for like a cocktail hour, play some yard games out here. It is private, exclusive to your event.”
Le also oversees the rental of spaces in Town Green, a performance venue and park adjacent to many city buildings.
Performance and meeting space at Town Green is available for rent from the City of Maple Grove.
“Beautiful outdoor spaces out there, wedding ceremonies, outdoor socials–if you’re looking for more of an outdoor feel, Town Green is a beautiful location right on the lake,” she said.
Many of the available days and even some of the registration and payment for these spaces is available online.
“I don’t think as many people know about these spaces as we would like,” said Bechly. “That’s why we try to be as informative as possible and help guide them through the process.”
