Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Literary Contest
Area 7th–12th graders are invited to write or create video or audio content with the theme “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,” as part of the Golden Valley Human Rights Commission’s Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Literary Contest. The contest is open to students who live or go to school in Golden Valley, attend a Robbinsdale area or Hopkins school. Submissions will be judged on inspiration, clarity, creativity and how the content applies to the theme. The deadline to enter is Friday, January 3 at 4:00 PM. More information is available here.
