Crystal Residents Can Nominate Someone for City Neighbor Award
Residents of Crystal once again have the chance to honor a neighbor or someone they know in the community whom they feel goes above and beyond to help others and make the city a better place.
Nominations for this year’s Neighbors Recognizing Neighbors awards in Crystal are open until February 23.
Nominations are open now through February 23 for the eighth annual Neighbors Recognizing Neighbors program.
“I think when you have a great neighbor, you’re well aware of how wonderful it is to have someone you can count on,” said Michael Peterson, communications coordinator for the City of Crystal. “There’s a lot of people like that in this community.”
The nominations will be reviewed by the city’s parks and recreation committee, Peterson said. The winners will be honored at the April 16 city council meeting.
