Crystal Neighbors Recognizing Neighbors Award Winners
Three Crystal residents were recently recognized for being great neighbors, and while they might have been surprised to receive the city’s Neighbors Recognizing Neighbors Award, their neighbors certainly wouldn’t be. Whether through volunteer work, helping with neighborhood potlucks, clearing hydrants and storm drains, or snow blowing neighbors’ driveways, Peg Tutila, Jim Decker, and Ray Pontius have made their neighborhoods great places to live.
