Tree down? Light Out? Robbinsdale Residents Contact “Citizen Problem Reporter”
Robbinsdale residents have access to a tool to help them report non-emergency problems or request service.
The “Citizen Problem Reporter” tool can found on the city’s home page at robbinsdalemn.com.
Some examples of what can be reported using the tool are: Dead animal or trash that needs to removed, missing or damaged street sign, blocked storm sewer, downed tree, light bulb out, or a pothole that needs attention.
City officials will monitor reports during business hours.
In case of emergencies, residents are still to call 911.
The city implemented the tool a couple months ago.
Public Works Director and City Engineer Richard McCoy says overall, it’s been helpful in letting the city know what residents are seeing.
McCoy says they’ve received about 40 requests, the majority for code enforcement and street concerns.
