Brooklyn Park Is A GreenStep City
The city of Brooklyn Park is working on a goal of being more sustainable by the year 2025. To help with this, the city joined GreenStep Cities, a program that helps Minnesota cities reduce energy use. Installing solar arrays and converting streetlights and stoplights to LEDs are just a few things that the city has previously done to be more sustainable, and it will now look to the future in planning additional projects.
