Brooklyn Park Has Polling Place Changes and Needs Election Judges
Early voting ahead of the August 13 primary election is underway at Brooklyn Park City Hall. City Clerk Devin Montero said there were about 50 people who voted the first day of early voting on June 28.
Curbside voting is also offered, and you can call city hall (763.493.8032) to arrange this.
Montero said there are three polling place changes for primary election day that voters need to be aware of:
- Northview Middle School polling place has moved to Brooklyn Lutheran Church
- Edinbrook Elementary School polling place has moved to Family of God Church
- Brooklyn Middle School polling place has moved to Park Center Sr. High School. (Voters are asked to enter from the Noble Avenue side of the school building
Montero said the city is also looking for election judges. Anyone who is interested in the paid position, which requires 2-3 hours’ training, can click here.
