Brooklyn Center Recreation is Full of Activities this Winter
Don’t let the cold weather get you down. Brooklyn Center Recreation has plenty of activities to beat the winter blues.
New this season are youth sports classes. Options include basketball, soccer, fishing, volleyball, archery, and more. There are also eSports leagues for Madden, Rocket League, Fortnite, Super Smash Bros, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
Family Sledding Saturdays are February 11 and March 11 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Lions Park. Use a provided sled or bring your own.
And Flick and Float lets you enjoy a movie night at the pool on Saturdays, February 11, March 18, and April 15 at the Community Center pool. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the movie starts at 7:30 p.m. Bring your own tube or inflatable.
