Bike Rodeo is Thursday, May 1 in Golden Valley
(CITY OF GOLDEN VALLEY) – Bike riding offers fun, freedom, and exercise, and we want kids and families to ride their bikes as much as possible, all while being safe.
This year’s Bike Rodeo, sponsored by the cities of Crystal, Golden Valley, New Hope, and Robbinsdale, is Thursday, May 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Golden Valley City Hall.
Riders will have the opportunity to get their helmet properly fitted, navigate their bikes through a safety skills course, and get their bike checked for safety.
Police and Fire personnel will be in attendance to oversee these activities.
Participants can also enter a door prize drawing to win a new bike.
