Osseo Candidates
Voters in Osseo will elect a mayor and two council members on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Two candidates are running for mayor: Juliana Hultstrom and Duane Poppe. There’s a field of three candidates running for council. They include Mark Cook, Preston Kroska and Nick Torres.
