Local law enforcement agencies in the northwest metro laced up their running shoes on Friday to help support Special Olympics. "We ran about 4.7 miles, our leg of the race and it's important because we're trying to show our support for Special Olympics," said Brooklyn Center Commander Tony Gruenig.
