Sarah is thrilled to be back in Minnesota reporting in her home market. She grew up in Richfield and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. Go Gophs!
Prior to joining CCX, Sarah spent two years at WKBT in La Crosse, WI as a reporter and anchor, then joined WISN in Milwaukee as a reporter. She has covered everything from presidential visits to fans cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks as they celebrated their championship title.
Sarah is a Palestinian-American who is fluent in Arabic. She has had the privilege of connecting with people from different backgrounds and feels her first-hand minority experience allows her to gain a deeper understanding of other cultures. She believes representation is a major key to connection and understanding in any shared space.
Sarah enjoys traveling, hiking mountains and trying new restaurants.
