Young Breck Football Team Looks for Fresh Start

The Breck football roster lists six seniors this season, so it will be a young team taking the field for the Mustangs on Friday nights.

Chris Goodwin is Breck’s new head coach as he takes over a team that finished 6-4 in 2025.

Just a handful of varsity players return but it’s a tight-knit group that is optimistic about the season.

Breck opens at home Friday night against St. Paul Harding/Humboldt.
