Terry Tuma Fishing Tip: 3-Way Swivel Rigs

In this week’s CCX Fishing Tip, Hall of Fame angler Terry Tuma talks about the use of three-way swivel rigs for catching walleyes and sauger.

Terry suggests using a bell sinker and with the rig o use a 10-pound test braided line with a fluorocarbon leader and then a dropper line with six-point test monofilament line.

Whether you are using live bait or trolling with a crankbait, drop the line into the water column at a 45-degree angle to just off the bottom using a telescopic rod with a line counter reel.
