Champlin Park Girls Volleyball Set for New Season
Champlin Park girls volleyball has been one of the state’s best programs for several years now.
The 2026 Rebels team should again be among the state’s best. They return five starters from last season’s 23-9 Section 5AAAA runner-up team.
Returners include middle hitter Lucy Howe, outside hitters Rylee Inman and Rylee Thielke, setter Mia Kern, and libero Bryn Belleson.
After winning Section 5AAAA two years ago, the Rebels lost to Rogers in last year’s section final.
Champlin Park opens the season Thursday against Lakeville North, coached by former Rebels’ head coach John Yunker.
