Maple Grove Girls Volleyball Wins Home Opener Over St. Michael-Albertville, 3-1

The Maple Grove girls volleyball team won their home opening match against St. Michael-Albertville, 3-1.

The Crimson won big in both the first (25-13) and second sets (25-7).

STMA rallied back to win the third (25-22) and fought hard in the fourth set, but came up just short (26-24).

Maple Grove received big contributions from juniors Kacie Schulte and Neysa Allen.

The Crimson are now 1-1 on the season and will play Edina on Thursday.
