Home Sales Slow, But Prices Rise in Northwest Metro
Prices continue to rise, despite home sales slowing down in the northwest metro. In Plymouth, the median sale increased four percent last month to $370,000. In Maple Grove, prices spiked nearly 10 percent and in Brooklyn Park, prices jumped more than 10 percent.
