Driver Wanted in Robbinsdale Hit and Run Turns Self In

Robbinsdale police say after hearing news reports, a driver who hit a pedestrian and drove away has turned himself in. The accident happened just before 10 p.m. Monday at the intersection of County Road 81 and 41st Avenue North. Police say the victim is in stable condition.
