Brooklyn Park Weighs In on 2040 Land Use Vision
The much talked about Project Hotdish development in Brooklyn Park is on hold. However, the city council is weighing in on future land use decisions that could potentially impact projects like it. The city will soon vote on its 2040 comprehensive plan. What’s unclear is if the 2040 plan will include warehouse and distribution centers as primary uses for undeveloped land in the city. A vote on the 2040 comp plan was tabled Monday.
