Brooklyn Center Community Health Fair

Join us Saturday, August 8, from 12-4pm at Brooklyn Center Middle/High School (6500 N Humboldt Ave) for the annual Brooklyn Center Community Health Fair! This family-friendly event features FREE on-site wellness checks, education materials, resources, and food trucks. All are welcome. The main theme is exploring the connection between civic participation and healthier communities.  Sports and Leadership Academy is hosting a 5k at 11am just before the Community Health Fair Kicks off.
