CCX Checkout is Going Live This Week!

We’re excited to announce that CCX Checkout, our new online reservation system for equipment and room bookings, is going live!

Beginning soon, all equipment and room reservations will be made through CCX Checkout. To help you get started, please visit the Resources Page for a step-by-step instruction guide that walks you through setting up your account and using the new system.

What you need to do:

• Watch your email this week for an invitation titled “Complete your sign up for CCX Checkout.”
• Click the link in the email to finish setting up your account and create your password.
• Once your account is set up, you can access CCX Checkout anytime by visiting ccxmedia.org, selecting the Create tab, and clicking CCX Checkout under the Membership column.
• You’ll then be ready to reserve equipment and rooms online.

We’ve also included a helpful video tutorial created by the Community Media Access Collaborative. Their checkout system is virtually identical to ours, making this a great resource for learning how to navigate reservations, equipment checkout, and account management:
