Crystal Offers Early Voting Options
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5.The hours of voting in all polling places will be from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Voters can locate their polling place and view a sample ballot on the City of Crystal’s website or the Office of the Secretary of State’s website.
Where do I vote? Voters may only vote at their assigned polling location.
What’s on my ballot? Crystal has four council seats on the 2024 general election ballot, depending upon the district:
Mayor (four-year term)
Council Member Section 1 – representing Wards 1 and 2 (four-year term)
Council Member Ward 3 (four-year term)
Council Member Ward 4 (four-year term)
The deadline for voter pre-registration for the general election has passed (it was Oct. 15). However, if you missed the deadline and are not yet registered, in Minnesota, you can register at your polling place on election day.
You will need to complete a voter registration application (VRA) and provide proper documentation for proof of ID and residence. Here’s the list of approved documentation for registering to vote.
Vote early in-person at Crystal City Hall, 4141 Douglas Dr. N., during regular business hours (8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
City Hall extended hours for early voting:
Saturday, Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 3 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 4 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
You can also register when you vote early if you provide proper documentation for proof of ID and residence.
