Rain doesn't slow Champlin Park in girls lacrosse
Champlin Park had an unbeaten regular season in girls lacrosse last spring before being upset in the section semifinals.

The Rebels are back at work this season, and Wednesday night they won their second straight game to begin the 2017 campaign.

With a steady rain falling, Champlin Park built a 6-2 halftime lead on the way to an 11-3 win over Spring Lake Park. The Rebels play at Anoka Friday and then host Andover Monday.
